  • Take Tram route 6 (towards Gorbitz) e.g. to catch at stations Schillerplatz/Bahnhof Neustadt/Bahnhof Mitte/Tharandter Strasse
  • Take Tram route 7 (towards Gorbitz) e.g. to catch at stations Koenigsbruecker Strasse/Hauptbahnhof
  • ** Get off the tram at station Schlehenstrasse (last but one station on route)
  • You are in front of a green house with red windows; go to the back door

By bicycle

  • On the Kesselsdorfer Strasse you will find a straight cycleway up to Amalie Dietrich Platz; From there you either take the tram towards Gorbitz to station Schlehenstrasse or you follow the cycleway next to the Coventrytrasse to the same station (**)
  • You also get to the Coventrystrasse from the station Bahnhof Mitte: Cycleway Loebtauer Strasse, Froebelstrasse, Pennricher Strasse

By car

  • Drive towards Dresden-West (Gorbitz)
  • You got to get on the Coventrystrasse (either you go Budapester Strasse or Kesselsdorfer Strasse)
  • Stay on Coventrystrasse as long as you come to the junction "Kamillenweg"
  • Turn left there
  • Turn left again: you are now on the Schlehenstrasse
  • Follow the road to its end
  • You are in front of a green house with red windows; use the back door
  • There is a possibility of disabled parking in front of the building (on request only)

By train

  • From the station Hauptbahnhof: use the tram route 7 towards Gorbitz
  • From the station Mitte: use the tram route 6 towards Gorbitz

By car (You come to Dresden)

  • You are on the B173 (from Chemnitz/Freiberg): The B173 leads you direct into the city; at the frst big junction with traffic lights in Dresden (opposite you can see a BP filling station) carry straight on on the B173; You turn right on the next junction and immediately left again into the Schlehenstrasse
  • *** Follow the road to its end
  • You are in front of a green house with red windows; use the back door

  • You are on the B172 (from Pirna/Gebirge)): stay on the B172 (Nuernberger Strasse) until you pass a big bridge; you turn left on the first junction after the bridge; follow the signs for Gorbitz that lead you to the B173/Coventrystrasse (dual carriageway); stay on this road (Coventrystrasse) up to the junction "Kamillenweg"; turn left twice: you are now in the Schlehenstrasse (***)
  • You are on the B6 (from Meissen/Riesa): stay on the B6 until you are right in the city centre; from now on you follow the signs for Gorbitz that lead you to the B173/Coventrystrasse (dual carriageway); stay on this road (Coventrystrasse) up to the junction "Kamillenweg"; turn left twice: you are now in the Schlehenstrasse (***)
  • You are on the B6 (from Bautzen/Kamenz): stay on the B6 until you reach the other side of the Elbe; follow now the B173 or signs for Gorbitz that lead you to the B173 Coventrystrasse (dual carriageway); stay on this road (Coventrystrasse) up to the junction "Kamillenweg"; turn left twice: you are now in the Schlehenstrasse (***)
  • You are on the A4 (from Berlin/Goerlitz/Chemnitz/Flughafen): leave the motorway on the exit Altstadt; First of all you follow the signs for the city centre and then for Gorbitz that lead you to the B173/ Coventrystrasse (dual carriageway); stay on this road (Coventrystrasse) up to the junction "Kamillenweg"; turn left twice: you are now in the Schlehenstrasse (***)
  • You are on theA17 (from Czech Rep./Chemnitz/Leipzig): you leave the motorway on the exit Gorbitz; (further look at the top: B173).

By plane

  • Take the S-Bahn route S2 to the station Hauptbahnhof and change there to the tram route 7 towards Gorbitz (**)
  • You take a cab to the Schlehenstrasse 2
